Stradivarius is the latest addition to the retail line-up at Silverburn in Glasgow.
The Inditex-owned brand will be taking over a 6,462sq ft unit which represents the brand’s first store in Glasgow. The arrival of Stradivarius means that Silverburn will soon host four Inditex brands including the newly opened Zara flagship and Pull & Bear, and a new Bershka scheduled to open this summer.
This latest signing follows a busy start to 2025 at Silverburn, which has seen deals signed with brands including Haribo, H Beauty and Hollister, alongside new store openings from Black Sheep Coffee, Hotel Chocolat and Jack & Jones.
Alberto Esguevillas, CEO UK retail, Eurofund Group said: “Inditex stores remain a key attraction for consumers, and we are proud to be Glasgow’s only destination offering such an extensive complement of its brands. The addition of international leading brands and the ongoing evolution of Silverburn is translating into better sales performance and higher footfall, significantly enhancing Silverburn’s status as the leading destination in Scotland.”
During 2024, Silverburn delivered record footfall for the second consecutive year, attracting over 15 million visits and achieving double-digit sales growth. Over three years of joint venture ownership, Henderson Park and Eurofund Group have agreed over 60 deals.
Henderson Park and Eurofund Group were represented by Culverwell and Time Retail Partners.
