Following the announcement that Flip Out has chosen The Broadway in Bradford for its first West Yorkshire location, the shopping centre has signed Pret A Manger, Warren James and restaurant concept SakkuSamba too.

Pret A Manger will be situated at the corner of Charles Street and Market Street in a 2529sq ft unit, which is scheduled to open in July. Meanwhile, Warren James, one of the UK’s largest independently owned jewellery chains, will occupy a 931sq ft unit in the Charles Street Mall .

SakkuSamba opens its doors this week.  It is described as an ‘immersive’ restaurant concept by Estabulo and will offer diners an all-you-can-eat grill including Brazilian grilled meats and sushi as well as noodle dishes, bao buns, and picanha, Brazil’s favourite cut of beef.

Christina Beggan, associate director at Ellandi, said: “We are delighted to welcome more new brands and concepts to The Broadway as we continue to diversify the offer and provide a core destination for our customers.  As a key city centre stakeholder, we are focused on playing our part in the wider regeneration of Bradford alongside other city centre stakeholders in the run up to City of Culture 2025, attracting more spend potential, boosting employment opportunities and creating social value.”

Ellandi has been successful in securing multiple new leases throughout 2023, demonstrating its commitment to enhancing shopping experiences for its centres’ valued customers. It remains dedicated to pursuing negotiations with further new brands and concepts, with the aim of expanding the diverse portfolio before the year concludes.
