Patisserie Valerie, Three, Heron Foods and the British Heart Foundation have signed, a bumper year at the centre, with 16 brands recommitting and a further eight new lettings throughout 2017 bringing the million- sq ft centre to 98 per cent let.
Patisserie Valerie has taken 1,533-sq ft, Three 1,600 sq ft, BHF 7,709 sq ft and Heron Foods 4,152 sq ft all on 10-year leases.
Rupert Milne, asset manager at M&G Real Estate, said: “We work hard to expand our offer for the local community and these new lettings are proof of our commitment to Cwmbran.”
