Destination R Update

Important information. Please read: Destination R | 25-26 March

Following government announcements on social distancing, and in light of all recent developments with the current situation of COVID-19, it is with deep sadness that Revo and Retail Destination have been forced to make the reluctant decision to cancel Destination R next week. This is not a decision we have taken lightly.

We know that this will come as an enormous disappointment, to our exhibitors, attendees and the Revo ACE award entrants. Our concern is always the responsibility we feel towards our exhibitors and attendees, and we have been thankful for the support and loyalty you have shown us.

We apologise to those who have received a notification from the hotel ahead of this message. The decision was only taken at 9am today, and the hotel communicated with you directly before they had even been formally notified.

We remain absolutely committed to our industry, and will regroup to consider options for an alternative event in the autumn to bring you together, to learn, network, do business and celebrate our ACE Award winners!

As you can imagine we are receiving many queries regarding the event have therefore put together this FAQ document to provide answers to the inevitable questions regarding bookings, accommodation and the ACE awards.

We continue to stay in contact with government officials on this matter, and advise that you all continue to reference official channels below for advice:

We want to thank Revo members, Retail Destination customers and our wider industry for the support that has been shown to us and we are here to support our industry as we all work through these difficult times. And as such would also point you in the direction of the Revo website which contains information Revo have been providing to their members, which I hope you will useful during these times.
