Leading specialist UK leisure and property agency, Shelley Sandzer, has promoted Tony Levine to Director of Leasing.

Levine will work alongside joint-Managing Partner, Ted Schama, in representing leading landlords in securing new F&B and leisure brands for their destinations.

Since joining Shelley Sandzer in 2016, he has acted for numerous clients, such as Landsec, Lendlease, Shaftesbury Estate, Hines and Portman Estate. He has also helped Wanyoo launch in the UK, and is currently assisting the brand with its expansion plans.

Ted Schama, joint managing partner at Shelley Sandzer, commented: “Tony is a real asset to Shelley Sandzer.  His passion for the industry has shone over the past five years and this is a great opportunity for him to apply his expertise at a new level. As a hardworking, professional and innovative individual, I have every confidence Tony will thrive in this new role and continue Shelley Sandzer’s growth.”

Tony Levine added: “Despite the challenges, this is an exciting time for the market, and one full of potential for like-minded landlords and operators.  My new role will allow me to work closely with our clients to realise such opportunities, successfully evolving destinations to reflect the significant changes in consumer preferences and the impact that has had on demand.”
